A wildlife safari walk in the Glenlivet Hills!
The Dava Moor, a wild, bleak or romantic spot north of Grantown. Walk with John as he reveals the history, legends, placenames and former settlements of a previous time.
A moderate walk in the remote Braes of Glenlivet giving a good overview of the land use and wildlife of the area and finishing up at the historically significant 16th Century battle site.
A mainly off-path walk to up the Corbet Carn Mor taking in a wealth of induistrial, cultural and natural heritage from historic mines to blanket bogs.
A challenging 37km E-bike ride from our Glenfiddich trailhead over to Blackwater Lodge, up through Dorenell wind farm to the base of Cooks Cairn and then back down Glenfiddich via the Suie.
An evening walk into Blackwater Lodge from Dorenell Visitor Centre to learn about the natural and cultural history of the area. Bring along a picnic to eat near Blackwater Lodge.
Enjoy a relaxing train journey from Dufftown to Drummuir and a scenic return walk back to Dufftown
Walk across the Dava Moor back to Grantown-on-Spey via Glenbeg. Varied scenery: moorland, hill farms, woodland and ending at the Square of 1765 Georgian planned town of Grantown.
