Re-trace the steps of Sandy Edwards, an elderly Lossiemouth fisherman through his handwritten dairy. Explore the stories of the diary, mapping significant and poignant locations marked by history and community.

A circular walk around the Moray coastal town of Lossiemouth, retracing the steps of Sandy Edwards, a local Lossiemouth fisherman. Explore the stories of the diary and the lives of the Lossiemouth Community , the fishing trade at that time and historical sea-faring events on the Moray Firth Coast in the 1940’s and 50’s.

The walk maps significant and poignant locations marked by history and community from Seatown, the Lossiemouth Fisheries & Community Museum, the old fish market, Stotfield Road and Prospect Terrace.
